Invite a first-time camper, and you’ll both earn a reward! Any Camper Can Invite a Friend! Whether you're a returning camper or attending for the first time, you can get snackery credit or earn a partial or full scholarship by inviting friends who have never been to Seneca Hills before!

Rewards for You & Your Friend!

When you invite a first time camper friend to camp; the first-time camper receive $100 off a full week camp session ($50 off a half-week session).

The inviting friend receives: 

 

  • 1 friend → $25 snackery credit

  • 2 friends → $50 snackery credit

  • 3 friends → $50 snackery credit + $50 off camp ($25 for a half-week)

  • 4 friends → $50 snackery credit + $100 off camp ($50 for a half-week)

  • 5 friends → Free week of camp

How It Works 

  1. Both campers must register, paying the deposit before any scholarships apply.

  2. Both campers must complete the Refer a Friend Form (If you invite more than one friend, you must complete a form each time you invite a new friend).

  3. Allow up to one week for the scholarship to be applied once both forms are submitted.

Fine Print 

  • Scholarships apply only to first time campers. 

  • Both the inviting camper and the first time camper must be registered for the scholarships to apply.

  • If a camper invites multiple friends, scholarships stack following the Refer a Friend Schedule.

  • Depending on the circumstance, church scholarships and/or financial aid may also be applied. 

  •  In the event that both campers are First Time Campers, the first person to register for their camp session gets the credit.

  • Your referral does not have to camp the same week as you. 

  • All referrals must be submitted before either camper begins their week of camp. 

  • If an invited camper cancels, they are removed from the Refer a Friend calculations.

  • Any remaining Camper Account balance will be refunded at a total amount minus the Refer a Friend store credit.

  • The Camper account credit carries no cash value.
