Labor Day Family Camp is your chance to slow down and savor time with your loved ones in the peaceful surroundings of Seneca Hills. With a relaxed schedule and plenty of flexibility, you can unwind, explore the outdoors, and make memories at your own pace. Whether you prefer hiking, enjoying camp facilities, or just sitting by a campfire, this weekend is designed for fun, rest, and quality time. Take advantage of our food service or cook your own meals — it’s a weekend built around what works best for your family! 2026 Speaker: Rev. Wesley Sherry Speaker Bio: Rev. Wesley Sherry is the Executive Director at Community Collective, where he works with immigrant communities, leads a summer day camp, and directs an after school program. He is also a church planter with the Christian and Missionary Alliance at Gospel Collective in East McKeesport. With over five years of experience in church planting and community development, Wes is excited to share what God has been doing over the last few years working on the east side of Pittsburgh, and how it can be contextualized into rural settings. Wes and his wife, Sarah, are both from Butler and are Seneca Hills alumni campers and staff. They are constantly using what they learned on staff to help shape some of their current ministries. They have two active boys, Sawyer and Boone. The whole family is passionate about the outdoors and enjoy pursuing the hobbies of fishing, foraging, hunting, and hiking. With Seneca holding a special place in their hearts, they are looking forward to spending the weekend with everyone.
