Staff FAQS

When do YOU need to arrive? Counselors are to arrive on Thursday, June 7th at 10:30 A.M. The first scheduled event begins at 11:00.

Service Staff need to arrive on Sunday, June 10th between 4:00-5:00

P.M. Activities will begin at 5:00.

When is staff training over? Staff Training concludes on Friday, June 15th, after the commissioning service. Parents are invited for dinner at

5:30 and for the service to follow.

What if I can't go home on the weekend? Most often staff that

cannot travel home over the weekend make arrangements with other

staff members to spend the weekend together. Other arrangements

can be made with the executive staff if necessary.

How can I contact my friends and family while at camp? A phone

will be designated for all calls from camp. All long distance calls must

be collect or calling card calls. Encourage your friends and family to

write to you at:

An email terminal will be available to staff throughout the summer for sending and receiving mail. All incoming email is to be sent to summerstaff@senecahills.org with your name appearing in the subject

line. Web based mail is not available.
